Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Oak Health is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
