Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
