Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Corner Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
