Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis.
