Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis.
