Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Nova Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Jackson serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on document review. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
