Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Bright Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
