Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jackson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
