Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
