Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jackson, MS)

Summit Fern Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
