Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
