Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Houston, TX)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
