Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Houston, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
