Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Honolulu across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
