Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
