Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
