Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Glen Health is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis.
