Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vista Staffing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
