Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Sable Financial is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis.
