Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
