Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 991 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
