Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Haven Property Management is a Fort Worth property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
