Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
