Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Ashton Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
