Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova West Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
