Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
