Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
