Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath North Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 573 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on policy renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
