Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
