Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Bright Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
