Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Financial and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
