Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone River Staffing places workers with employers around Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
