Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Wilder Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
