Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis.
