Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
