Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Property Management and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
