Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Cleveland with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
