Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Pike Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
