Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen West Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
