Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
