Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Rook Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
