Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Field Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Charlotte, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
