Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
