Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charleston area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
