Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charleston, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
