Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
