Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boston region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boston. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
