Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 370 people based in Boise. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
