Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group is a Boise property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Boise. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
