Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Oak Facilities and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 699 people based in Boise. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
